Sous l’appellation « TAARMAQ Express », signifiant transition appuyée et acceptable des résidus miniers amiantés au Québec, ces appels de propositions de service auront comme objectif de répondre à des problématiques spécifiques s’inscrivant dans le cadre d’un processus de sélection accéléré et selon un calendrier de réalisation de 6 à 12 mois maximum.
